Membership Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Crystallized Ventures reviews each application before extending an approval decision.
Membership Billing
Membership fees are due only after staff approval and according to the membership terms provided to an approved applicant. Aviation, travel, and third-party services are billed separately unless expressly stated otherwise.
Service Coordination
Crystallized Ventures coordinates requested services subject to provider availability, applicable terms, and any required approvals. Members remain responsible for reviewing and accepting provider-specific terms before a booking is confirmed.
Legal Review
These terms are an operational draft and must be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before public launch.
