About these terms

By using crystallizedventures.com or applying for Crystallized Ventures membership, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our role

Crystallized Ventures coordinates and processes payment for travel-related services provided by third-party vendors (private aviation operators, property owners or managers, ground transport providers). We are not an air carrier, lodging operator, or other regulated service provider. Our liability is limited to errors in our coordination, payment processing, or communication functions. We are not liable for the failure, delay, cancellation, or quality of any vendor's services.

Member obligations

Members must provide accurate information at application and during membership. Members must comply with all applicable laws in connection with services arranged through Crystallized Ventures. Members may not request services that fall outside our stated scope (private flights and luxury rentals), including without limitation: adult entertainment or escort services; gambling syndicates; pharmaceutical or controlled-substance procurement; firearms transport or procurement; investment opportunities; business introductions intended to facilitate deals.

Membership fees and trip costs

Membership fees are billed in advance ($2,200/month or $25,000 annually) and are non-refundable for annual prepay. Trip costs are billed separately per trip per the trip contract.

Confidentiality

Members agree to keep the existence and terms of their membership confidential per the mutual non-disclosure agreement signed at onboarding.

Limitation of liability

Crystallized Ventures' total liability arising out of or related to membership or any trip is limited to the membership fees paid in the 12 months immediately preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved by good-faith negotiation followed by binding arbitration. The full member agreement specifies the dispute-resolution process in detail.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated to active members directly.
