What we collect
When you apply for membership, we collect: name, contact information (email, phone, city), travel preferences, your self-certified net-worth attestation, and any notes you provide. We collect this only via your application form, never from third parties.
How we use it
Application data is used solely to review your fit for Crystallized Ventures membership. We do not share, sell, or use your information for any purpose outside this review.
How we store it
Application submissions are stored encrypted. Access is restricted to Crystal. We use Stripe for payment processing (never store payment card details directly), Supabase for member account management, and Cloudflare for site hosting and email routing.
How long we keep it
Rejected applications are deleted within 30 days. Accepted applications are retained for the duration of the membership relationship under a signed mutual non-disclosure agreement.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting sam@crystallizedventures.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active members directly.
