Crystallized Ventures runs on two complementary roles. Crystal Hernandez leads the member relationship as the named principal. Sam Itshaki provides operational and financial structure. The infrastructure scales through partners; the relationship stays principal-led.

Crystal Hernandez is the visionary founder of Crystallized Ventures—a brand built at the intersection of access, exclusivity, and elevated living.
With roots grounded in humility and a disciplined upbringing, Crystal’s journey is one defined by determination, evolution, and intention. From an early age, she possessed an unwavering drive to achieve greatness and create a life beyond limitations.
Her entrepreneurial spirit revealed itself early. At just 17, she began working in retail behind the scenes, quickly rising to become the face of the business as her natural presence, confidence, and ability to connect with others became impossible to overlook. It was the first of many moments where her potential would be recognized—and realized.
Crystal’s professional path led her through the legal industry and into the automotive world, where she sharpened her understanding of business, sales, and relationship-building. Along the way, she gained invaluable insight through personal and professional experiences, learning the intricacies of entrepreneurship through her former bosses, her husband and former spouse experiences that would ultimately shape her strategic mindset and leadership.
Today, Crystal is redefining access to luxury through Crystallized Ventures, curating a private ecosystem that offers aviation, high-end residences, retreats, and bespoke travel experiences through an exclusive membership model. Her vision is clear: to bridge the gap between aspiration and reality, offering refined experiences without the traditional constraints of ownership.

Sam serves as Crystallized Ventures' founding partner — providing strategic and operational oversight, financial discipline, and brand stewardship. His role is structural: ensuring the operating standard scales without diluting the discretion or quality members pay for.
Member-facing operations are handled exclusively by Crystal. Sam's role is structural, not service-side.
